Procedure for opening an account:
- Client can either download the form from the above link or visit the Equirus office in person.
- The KYC details, Nomination form, Trading Preferences and other details are required to be filled.
- The client has to affix his signature in the Account Opening form.
- Attach self attested copies of the documents as per the list mentioned in the Client Registration form.
- Submit the same at the Equirus Office.
- The Form and the documents will be verified against the original and once the due diligence is complete the account will be opened and details of the account will be communicated with the client.

Initiation and the dispute resolution process
- Any client shall first take up his/her/their grievance with Equirus on the mail id mentioned here in above.
- If the grievance is not redressed satisfactorily, the client may escalate it through the escalation matrix of Equirus or in accordance with the SCORES guidelines, escalate the same through the SCORES Portal in accordance with the process laid out therein.
- After exhausting all available options for resolution of the grievance, if the client is still not satisfied with the outcome, he/she/they can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal.
- Alternatively, the client can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal if the grievance lodged with the Equirus was not satisfactorily resolved or at any stage of the subsequent escalations mentioned here in above.
