As an integral element of being a socially responsible organization, Equirus has instituted its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy, wherein it sets across a certain percentage of its gross revenues for such purposes. The initiatives to be supported would include not-for-profit organizations working in the fields of poor children's education and health, old age homes, and the welfare of physically and mentally challenged children. Equirus also has a policy of matching employee contributions, to support the causes chosen by employees, and which are not covered by company's policy.

During FY 2007-08, Equirus made contributions to the Disha Foundation and Child Rights and You (CRY) and we look forward to more actively partnering with organizations in such initiatives during FY 2008-09.
