Nimesh Shah (Director)
Nimesh brings 20+ years experience in Investment Banking (PE and M&A) and Consultancy (Financial and Structuring consulting). Prior to joining Equirus, Nimesh was a Director at Cipher Capital Advisors, a boutique Investment Bank focused on PE and M&A where he was involved in 17 + transactions aggregating US$ 370mn. He has worked across sectors including Food, Consumer, Education, Infra and Water Treatment, Auto Ancillary, Chemicals, Engineering, Retail and Media. Mohit Khullar (Associate Director)
Mohit has 8 years of experience and is a member of Private Equity advisory practice at Equirus. He has successfully concluded multiple transactions including Private Equity raise for Dalmia Cement, Sharekhan and IMS Learning Resources and AFL Limited’s acquisition of Unifreight India Private Limited. Mohit earlier worked with Standard Chartered Bank where as a member of the Global Account Management team for the TATA Group, he was involved in the non recourse acquisition finance for Tata Steel’s leveraged buyout of Corus Group plc. Ashwin Herle, CFA (Vice President)
Over 7 years experience in investment banking, technology consulting and technology sales. Previously based in New York, he has managed account relationships with global capital markets clients and led marketing initiatives for Headstrong Corporation. Ashwin holds a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras, MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and is a CFA Charterholder

Atul Nawalkha (Associate Vice President)
Atul has over 7 years of experience in investment banking and financial services with specific focus on natural resources, commodities and real estate. Prior to Equirus, he was an Assistant Manager with Price Waterhouse Coopers Assurance Division. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
