Pritish Kandoi (Associate Director)
Pritish specializes in Financial Services and Infrastructure and is a key member of the management team. His notable deals at Equirus includes -Advised L&T Finance in acquisition of DBS Chola AMC, sold Gumasol ( a German tyre and rubber co ) to Ruia group (Dunlop / Jessop), raised Rs. 150 crs financing for waste management company, sold stake in a commodity exchange etc. Pritish was last with Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for Corporate Banking Origination. He was the key person on the mid market expansion program of Deutsche India. He originated and managed assets of over USD 500 million. Pritish has over 10 years experience in Financial Services and has worked across Corporate Finance, Commercial banking, Investment Banking Advisory and Management Consulting while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers, ICICI Bank & Deutsche Bank. Pritish is a MBA ( IIM Ahmedabad ), Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary ( Gold Medalist ). He brings pan India relationship and execution experience across large and mid market companies. Ashish Agarwal (Associate Vice President)
Ashish has over 5 years of experience in Investment banking and Financial Services. Prior to Equirus, Ashish has worked with JM Financial and Centrum Capital focusing on investment banking in the Infrastructure and allied sectors.
